100% Investment Property Finance (currently unavailable)

If you are looking for 100% investment property finance, i.e., a buy to let mortgage, you will be unlikely to find one. Although you may see the purchase of the property as an investment, the mortgage lender views lending 100% on a buy to let mortgage as an investment property as a greater risk than a normal residential mortgage.

The maximum that a mortgage lender will lend on for investment property finance is 85%, however, if 100% investment property finance ever becomes available we will be able to source it for you as we have access to the entire mortgage market.
